The HFW Group AGM will start at 5pm on Saturday November 14th and will be held in the Methodist Church Hall, Gwendolen Avenue Putney SW15 on corner of Gwendolen Avenue and Upper Richmond Road. 7 minutes' walk from Putney station. Buses 337 and 430 stop outside.
All members are welcome to come along. Light refreshments will be available.
Who we are
We are the Hammersmith, Fulham & Wandsworth Group of the Ramblers' Association. As our name suggests, most of our members live in either the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, or the London Borough of Wandsworth.
Our Walks
Most of our walks are four to 15 miles long. Although as a Group we are urban-based, we do take the opportunity to use public transport to get into the countryside for walking. However, we do have many walks within London - along the Thames and canals, London parks, etc.
Furthermore, weekends away are organised from time to time.
